When KH4HR approached me I was deep into my job search and had spoken to many recruiters, so I felt in a good position to judge the industry. What I liked about Kris was his direct approach; he doesn’t dress an opportunity up to be more than it is, he’s a good representative of the hiring firm, well briefed and easy to talk to. He prepared me well for the personalities I would meet and was happy to share insights from his relationship with the firm to help me. Once the interviews were finished he worked hard on my behalf to get the best terms and conditions for me.
